We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team of swimming pool and spa experts. This Service Technician position requires lots of customer interaction, so the ideal candidate will not only possess the technical acumen, but also the ability to provide a strong level of customer service.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide a reliable, efficient, and professional service to clients and client follow up.
Perform all needed filter cleans and other periodical maintenance pool cleaning services professionally and safely, in line with manufacturer recommendations and all applicable codes
Represent Poolserv and ascertain clients’ needs and set expectations on first time and one-off cleans and/or maintenance
