Duties & Responsibilities
As the Accounts Portfolio Accountant you will be responsible for the following:
- Each month, conduct thorough checks on each building within the portfolio and compile monthly financial statements, ensuring adherence to the following procedures.
- Ensure that all monthly contracts and municipal accounts are paid, with accruals made where payments are outstanding.
- Verify that recoveries are accurately raised for operational costs and utilities.
- Coordinate with Centre Managers regarding accruals and financial projections.
