Portfolio Management Analyst

The Portfolio Management area plays a lead role in implementing Greystar’s investment strategies, programs, policies, and initiatives related to investment management and oversight of funds, joint ventures and separate accounts. This role collaborates with different business areas on the development and implementation of business plans and practices to achieve the financial, investment, and operating goals of a portfolio. The Portfolio Management area also oversees all internal and external reporting of ventures, life-of-fund models, strategy papers, the creation, structuring, and legal documentation of entities, strategy compliance of investment opportunities, etc.
