Job Description
In the context of a strategic innovation and acceleration within China R&D, the Portfolio Management Lead serves as a proactive driver and central connector to enable the design, strategic alignment, and cross-functional execution of key initiatives spanning China external innovation programs, JAPAC collaborative projects, and early development programs in support of global pipeline acceleration.
Reporting to Head of Development Strategy and Operations, this role acts as a strategic partner to the China Clinical Development TA Heads and the China Asset Strategy Leadership group.
The purpose is to support the integrated portfolio strategic initiative planning, portfolio intelligence, and initiative-level integration that empower clinical development teams to deliver on China's evolving mandate - enhancing local strategic impact while strengthening global alignment.
