Portfolio Manager — HOA & Sectional Titles

Unitrade 745 (Pty) Ltd, a well-established property management company in Somerset West, seeks an experienced Portfolio Manager. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant experience, a sound understanding of community scheme legislation, and exceptional relationship management skills.

This role includes managing Sectional Title and Homeowners Association portfolios, along with providing administrative support. A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required.

The position offers a competitive salary package ranging from R350 000 to R450 000 per annum.
