to own, lead and manage the implementation of portfolio projects including all end-to-end activities from space planning to prepare layout design, coordinate to explore technical and operation feasibility of portfolio plan, to work with project managers and other working parties to achieve deliverables according to agreed schedule and budget
to manage & control the inventory record of spaces, capital & operating expenditures of projects
to prepare annual forecast, reporting and strategic planning
to work on ad-hoc task/ project from time to time as assigned
