Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio & Account Management
• Manage a portfolio of key client accounts across multiple industries and geographies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and
retention.
• Develop account strategies to drive revenue growth, client expansion, and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and provide strategic workforce planning support.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, hiring managers, and
decision-makers.
• Understand client hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling recruitment and workforce solutions.
