Portfolio Manager R24 000

Duties & Responsibilities

· Manage a portfolio of Properties in a specific area.

· Develop and grow a relationship on behalf of the Client with the owners of the actual properties.

· Ensure Property Host maintain key performance standards at all times.

· Onsite meetings with Property Host at the properties.

· Training and implementation of SOPs with Property Hosts Manager.

· Daily support and communication with Property Host & Property Owner.

· Arrange, coordinate and oversee home maintenance when required.

· Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management team.

· Scrutinise Owner statements for approval before statements are sent to owners.

· Traveling between worksites is frequent and this person will need their own reliable transportation.
