POS Production Manager - North West - £High Package

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of production and execution of client jobs.
• Ensure smooth workflow by liaising between internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers, maintaining quality, on-time delivery within budget.
• Gather job requirements and manage project scope, ensuring projects stay on‑budget and on‑time.
• Develop strategies that benefit clients and the company, solving tough problems.
• Analyze job revenue, cost and profitability by job, and prepare quarterly and yearly analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Background in POS and/or Digital / Large Format.
• Experience in manufacturing in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious goals, motivated by success.
