Salary: £35,291.03 per annum
About the PBS team:
Our PBS team currently consists of a PBS Team Leader and five Positive Behavior Support Leads. The team works alongside the operational team to deliver the best approaches and outcomes across both our adult and children’s services.
At Autism East Midlands, we adopt a person-centred, evidence-based approach aligned with the PBS Competency Framework and current best practices. Our focus is on collaborating with the individuals we support to enhance their quality of life and minimise the restrictions they encounter. We do this through a process of functional assessment, data analysis and report writing, direct support, service visits, observation, skill-teaching and collaborative working.
