Post-Doctoral Associate in the Center of Interacting with Urban Networks (CITIES) - Dr. Monica Menendez

The Center for Interacting Urban Networks, New York University Abu Dhabi, seeks to recruit a Post-doctoral associate to contribute to interdisciplinary research centered on the Mobility theme. The theme is closely linked to one of NYU Abu Dhabi’s key research impact areas outlined in the Excellence 2030 Strategic Framework: Urban Systems. Specific research areas within the mobility theme include monitoring, modeling, and controlling the operations of multimodal transportation systems, new vehicle technologies, urban mobility, research at the intersection of traditional traffic flow theory and data science, the impact of cybersecurity on transportation systems, and more.

Resposibilities:


+ To undertake independent high-level scientific research.

+ To publish and present the results of her/his research in high-quality conferences and journals (at least two journal papers are expected based on one year's work)
