Position Overview Essential Job Duties The SE CASC is a federal USGS – university partnership funded by a competitive cooperative agreement to NCSU. The mission of the SE CASC is to co-produce actionable science to help fish, wildlife ecosystems, and Tribal Nations adapt to a changing climate.
