THE POSITION: The role of the Post Majority Care Navigator is to support and assist First Nation youth up to and including 25 years of age who are aging out or have aged out of the Child & Family Well-being system by identifying current need and resources to help transition into adulthood. The position will be assigned to work with a member First Nation to facilitate the successful completion of the project deliverables and objectives.
