Lead analysis of single-cell and pertubation datasets across glioma patien derived models and tumor tissue
Integrative analysis of multiomics and pertubation datasets
Drive projects at the interface of computational biology, functional assays and clinical translation
Contribute to shaping data-driven precision medicine strategies in neuroonolocgy PhD in computtaional biology, bioinformatics, systems biology, computer science or related field
Strong proficiency in Python and/ or R
Experience in single cell omics analysis and multiomics data interpretation
Abilitity to work independently and translate complex data into biological insights
Strong skills in problem solving, collaboration and teamwork Goal-oriented, individual training and development opportunities
