What You Will DoThe Quantum and Condensed Matter Physics Group (T-4) in the Theoretical Division, together with the Center forIntegrated Nanotechnologies (CINT) at Los Alamos National Laboratory, invites applications for a postdoctoralresearch position. We seek outstanding candidates with expertise in the theory and modeling of optical andphotonic phenomena in low-dimensional hybrid nanoscale semiconductor heterostructures. Emphasis will beplaced on understanding and exploiting enhancements of the optical properties facilitated by the dielectricenvironment, including photonic and plasmonic cavities, photonic crystals, and waveguides.
