The Proteasome Regulation and Drug Discovery Lab in the Department of Biomedical Engineering and Science is seeking a highly motivated and independent Postdoctoral Associate to join our research team. Key Responsibilities Design, execute, and analyze experiments using advanced imaging platforms (e.g., confocal microscopy, electron microscopy, fluorescence imaging, and atomic force microscopy). Perform and optimize yeast cell culture for drug screening. Develop and apply enzymatic activity‐based assays to study drug function. Analyze and interpret imaging data using appropriate software and quantitative methods. Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records and report results weekly. Prepare manuscripts, figures, and presentations for publication and conferences. Mentor graduate and undergraduate students in experimental design and laboratory techniques.
