Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Postdoctoral Fellow to join Dr. Donna Hansel's research group in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. Our lab studies the mechanisms of cancer invasion and metastasis in bladder cancer with a particular focus on understanding the cell signaling pathways to uncover novel therapeutic strategies. Our research employs a comprehensive array of models and methodologies, including cell lines, mouse xenograft models, human bladder cancer specimens, and multiomics approaches to explore: 1) Mechanisms of cancer invasion and metastasis; 2) The impact of the tumor microenvironment on disease development and progression; 3) Identification of druggable targets to benefit patients.
