Labcorp is seeking a **Postdoctoral Fellow** to join our team in **Madison, WI.**
**Work Schedule:** Monday - Friday, First Shift
**Job Summary:**
This is a highly skilled scientific role within the Global Immunology and Immunotoxicology (I&I) team, supporting the development and implementation of bone marrow-on-a-chip platforms and advanced _in vitro_ models within the broader Early Development organization. The position contributes to translational research by designing, validating, and applying microphysiological systems to study hematopoiesis, immune responses, and disease biology.
The primary objective of this postdoctoral role is to advance the I&I New Approach Methodologies (NAMs) strategy by enabling more predictive, human-relevant models of the hematopoietic compartment. This work aims to reduce reliance on animal models, improve translational relevance, and accelerate decision-making in drug development and safety assessment.
