Job Description

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to join an NIH-funded research program in cancer immunology. This project uses patient-derived tumor organoid co-culture systems to define mechanisms of resistance to chemoimmunotherapy in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and identify strategies to improve patient responses.

The successful candidate will execute studies integrating functional immunology and organoid modeling and collaborate with the clinical and computational scientists to investigate tumor–immune interactions and therapeutic responses.

Responsibilities

-Process patient-derived tumor material for organoid generation
- Optimize experiments involving human T cells and tumor organoid co-cultures
- Conduct microscopy, flow cytometry and molecular assays
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets
- Prepare manuscripts and present findings
- Contribute to collaborative and interdisciplinary projects
