Job Summary The Postdoctoral Associate will conduct integrated experimental and theoretical research on the mechano‐electrochemical behavior of battery electrodes and active particles. The primary function of the position is to develop and deploy advanced experimental platforms for coupled electrochemical‐mechanical measurements, including optical quantification of deformation at the electrode and single‐particle scales, and to perform systematic electrochemical testing across coin, pouch, and cylindrical cells. The postdoc will analyze chemo‐mechanical phenomena in porous electrodes and individual particles, and contribute to the development of physics‐based models, including porous electrode theory and single‐particle frameworks.
