Job Description

We are looking for 12 Postdoctoral Research Fellows in the field of next‑generation semiconductor technologies. The successful candidates will design, coordinate and implement their own research and publish results in high‑impact venues.

Research Scope

The post‑doctoral research fellows will develop semiconductor technologies and the relevant knowledge base.

Research Environment and Infrastructure

Tampere University offers an excellent environment for semiconductor integration research, including strong capabilities spanning photonics, chip‑level fabrication, advanced packaging, and system‑level demonstrators. Researchers will have access to the System‑in‑Package Fabrication SiPFAB and other semiconductor fabrication and characterization facilities.
