Summary of Post
The objective of this post is to lead on the discrete choice experiment (DCE) aspect of a project which is focused on staff retention. Experience of conducting and publishing DCE’s is essential for this post. The candidate will also contribute to the development of the peer reviewed papers associated with this role. The successful candidate will require a strong background in economics, health economics or environmental economics. The candidate will also be involved with the rapid review of the research evidence to inform the development of the DCE. Specifically, the duties of the post are:§ Conducting a discrete choice experiment (DCE) on workforce retention in health care.
§ Running stated preference tests, having skills in decision modelling (Discrete Choice Experiments/ Choice modelling)
