A postdoctoral training position is available in the laboratory of , in the at UT Southwestern Medical Center. We are seeking highly motivated candidates to investigate fundamental mechanisms of signaling and gene regulation, with a particular emphasis on transcriptional control, chromatin dynamics, and functional genomics in physiology and diseases.

is interested in a wide variety of model systems and experimental approaches, including biochemistry, molecular biology, structural biology, animal models, genomics, proteomics, bioinformatics, and computational biology to uncover how signaling pathways control gene expression programs, spanning multiple interconnected areas: (1) signaling by NAD+ and steroid hormones; (2) ADP-ribosylation and the PARP enzymes that catalyze this modification in transcription, translation, chromatin dynamics, and RNA biology; (3) enhancer function and enhancer RNA regulation in gene activation; (4) RNA-based mechanisms in nuclear signaling and gene...
