**Education/Experience**
- Position requires a design degree and/or related postproduction experience.
Portfolio required.
- Strong and polished retouching skills - keen eye and aesthetics.
Up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.
- Proficient knowledge of color theory
- Familiar with Shot Flow or other workflow software (a plus)
- Proficient in:
- Mac/OS
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Bridge, Premiere & Acrobat Pro)
- Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
**Key Areas of Focus**
- Owns the editing and finishing of all off model photographic digital assets and some on model video editing and color grading.
- Advance retouching skills for high level projects and to assist in high volume time.
- Create standard crops as well as creative cropping for PDP off model assets.
- Able to follow multiple brand style guides, mood boards, playbooks and campaign toolkits.
