Power Analytics / Energy Market Analytics
Main responsibilities
Proactively monitor market fundamentals, policy changes, and news flows, converting insights into assumptions or scenario for trading and risk management. 
Working closely with Power Analytics team, maintain the in-house pan-European Stack and statistical models for Italy and Iberia. 
Drive initiatives to improve model accuracy (e.g., back-testing, error analysis) and extend modelling framework. 
Identify actionable trade ideas. 
Contribute to weekly analyst meetings, participate in cross-functional meetings (e.g. with Transmission and Regulation). 
Guide the front office IT team in acquiring new data sources. 
Liaise with the other desks.
