About the Role
The Power BI Analyst & Dashboard Developer integrates data from company’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR), CRM, survey platforms, and outcome tracking tools into clean, validated dashboards that leadership can actually act on.
This is an analyst role first, developer second. Technical Power BI skill gets you in the door — but your data instincts, validation discipline, and willingness to ask 'does this even make sense?' are what make you successful here.
What You'll Do
Data Validation & Analytical Thinking (Your Primary Focus)
- Validate every dataset for plausibility, completeness, and consistency before building — flag outliers, gaps, and improbable distributions
