Power Engineer

Wage: $36.11 per hour to start (4th Class qualified)
Schedule: 4 on, 4 off (2 day shifts, 2 night shifts, 12‑hours each)
YOUR ROLE
The Kruger Kamloops Pulp Mill is recruiting for Entry Level Power Engineer for our Power and Recovery department. This permanent full‑time position involves shift work, manual labour and equipment operation.
Power and Recovery is responsible for the recovering of chemicals that were used to turn the wood chips into pulp. This department also generates power to support the mill.
Your Responsibilities
- Equipment operation involving a vacuum truck, forklift, Bobcat, etc.
- Pre‑start checks and operation of equipment
- Area clean‑up
- Ensuring processes and equipment run safely
