Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate of Technical/Vocational course in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Technology, or related field; college level is an advantage
- With 23 years relevant experience in equipment or power tools servicing, preferably in a service center setup
- Strong capability in diagnosing faults in electrical and mechanical components
- Skilled in conducting inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of defective units
- Able to interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and repair instructions
- Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance practices and safety procedures
- Good communication skills to provide clear updates regarding repair findings
- Detail-oriented with ability to detect defects and irregularities accurately
