Job Description
The HR Intern will support the administration and continuous improvement of employee recognition programs across the Americas. This role focuses on processing recognition activities, ensuring system functionality (HUDOS), and providing frontline support to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
The intern will gain hands-on experience in global HR operations, stakeholder interaction, and process execution within a Shared Services (GBS) environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recognition Process Administration
Process employee recognition submissions accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with defined recognition program guidelines and policies
Maintain data accuracy and completeness within recognition systems
System Support (HUDOS & Tools)
Monitor and ensure proper functionality of the HUDOS bot and related tools
