About the role | Mō te tūnga:
Working closely with Practice Managers and Leaders, you’ll coordinate recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day practice operations.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring accurate information, smooth processes and a positive employee experience across our Technology group.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate recruitment activities including advertising, shortlisting, interview logistics and offer documentation
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring systems, access and documentation are in place
- Provide high-quality administration and reporting using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Maintain accurate data across people and financial systems to support workforce planning and decision making
