Practice Development Nurses are central to assisting nurses and learners to enhance the quality of the clinical learning environment, supporting colleagues in pursuing their on-going professional development activities. This role is integral for engagement and development of nursing students as well as adult learners from other fields of practice.

The post-holder will be an experienced, knowledgeable practitioner who provides clinically based practice development and education to the non-medical workforce. They will role model best, evidence-based professional practice.
