Practice Optimization Specialist (Training and adoption specialist)

As a Practice Optimization Specialist (POS), you will play a critical role in supporting the Practice Development Managers (PDMs) and partnering closely with the sales team to drive high‑impact, revenue‑generating in‑clinic activities. You will work directly with dental clinic staff, dentists, and orthodontists to ensure they are fully equipped to integrate and optimize the use of Align Technology products—including Invisalign, iTero, and Vivera—within their practices. You will design and deliver comprehensive training programs that enhance clinical teams’ knowledge, skills, and confidence to elevate patient experiences and increase adoption. By facilitating seamless product integration and fostering strong engagement across partner clinics, you will help drive sustained growth and incremental revenue.
