Job Description
The Opportunity
This is an integral role which will lead the administration and finance teams within a professional services firm. You will report to the Managing Partner undertaking the day-to-day management functions. This will include:
- Managing the administrative function of the firm
- Workflow optimisation
- Manage WIP
- Assessing and implementing process and system improvements
- Manage external supplier relationships (IT, Office Supplies etc)
- Work closely with Partners on strategic planning initiatives
- Assisting with HR functions such as recruitment
- Project management relating to strategic initiatives
- Financial reporting
