The Role

The Families and Young People Services Team are currently looking for a Permanent Full-Time DFV Practitioner/Case Worker in our Connected Families Program. This role is an Intensive Family Support Service based in our Toowoomba office that supports children, young people and families in the community experiencing multiple and complex needs and at risk of entering or re-entering the child protection system. In this DFV Practitioner/Caseworker role, you will be responsible for providing a range of intensive support services to highly vulnerable families through the delivery of culturally inclusive services and case management to build skills and facilitate sustainable change to become more capable and resilient and improving overall wellbeing.
