PRADA In Store Visual Merchandiser, Bicester Village

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for the fit‑out of shop windows and in‑store displays, implementing guidelines defined by the Visual Merchandising function, in line with the brand's high‑quality standards and product image, with the aim of maximising sales.

Ensures the ongoing maintenance of quality standards for both window displays and interior merchandising.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carries out fit‑outs within the agreed timeframes, implementing guidelines provided by the Visual Merchandising Department and ensuring their daily maintenance.
• Makes adjustments, as required, in response to store merchandising needs, sales performance, market specifics and customer profiles, sharing updates with the Visual Merchandising function.
• Supports fit‑outs in other stores within the same city, when required by the VM Manager and agreed with the Store Manager.
