Day - 08 Hour (United States of America)
The Patient Care Coordinator II supports the operations of the Pre-Anesthesia Clinic across multiple locations, including Palo Alto, Redwood City, Emeryville, and San Jose. This role provides direct patient care support, including patient rooming, vital signs, EKGs, appointment scheduling, and coordination of care for surgical patients. The PCC II collaborates closely with providers, nurses, and administrative staff to support specialty pre-anesthesia programs such as Regional Anesthesia and Optimization Clinic, while ensuring excellent customer service, efficient clinic workflows, and adherence to Stanford Health Care’s C-I-CARE standards. Flexibility to rotate among clinic sites based on operational needs is required.
