Job Description
Everstaff is seeking Pre-Litigation Attorneys for a reputable law firm in the Cleveland area!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Investigate case facts and gather evidence related to damages.
- Negotiate all aspects of case settlements, including lien resolution, when applicable.
- Maintain effective communication and foster positive relationships with clients, opposing attorneys, court personnel, and insurance representatives.
- Collaborate with teams to achieve law firm objectives.
- Supervise and support staff members.
Requirements:
- Admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio.
- 2-5 years of experience in plaintiff or defense personal injury practice.
- Insurance defense and/or prior claims handling experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
