Job Description
We are looking for a Presales Coordinator to bring structure and visibility to our presales process. This role sits between the sales, delivery, and AI teams, ensuring that what is promised to clients is realistic, documented, and handed over cleanly to the delivery team before any project begins.
Key Responsibilities
Presales & Pipeline Management
Maintain a live tracker of all presales conversations and opportunities
Ensure all client requirements discussed during presales are captured in writing
Coordinate with the PM and technical team to validate scope and feasibility before any commitment is made to the client
Schedule and facilitate project kickoff reviews before every engagement starts
Ensure no verbal-only commitments are made — all agreements documented

Own the demo scheduling process end to end
