Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Attend new sales enquiries, build relationships with current and new customer base.
- Test and troubleshoot faulty products indoors and on sites (if required).
- Promote ASSA ABLOY brands to end users, sell to system integrators and/or distributors.
- Allocate 10% focus to account management and 90% focus to technical & sales support.
- Manage inventory and non‑inventory stocks in‑house and at 3rd‑party warehouses.
- Handle warranty claims and key codes for customers with proprietary systems.
- Maintain AASG office access‑control systems.
- Provide technical support, advice and product training to professional end‑users, system integrators and distributors.
- Liaise with ASSA ABLOY colleagues (local and overseas) to maximise customer service levels.
