**Job Description**

This role supports multiple departments within a precast yard by assembling forms, assisting the customs department, and performing a variety of general labor tasks. You will work with concrete, hand and power tools, and equipment to help ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production of precast products.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist in assembling and setting up precast forms according to specifications and instructions.
+ Support different departments in the precast yard with general labor tasks as needed.
+ Help the customs department with handling and preparing materials or products for custom orders.
+ Work with concrete, including basic preparation, placement, and cleanup activities.
+ Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during daily tasks.
+ Operate or assist with operating equipment such as forklifts when required and if qualified.
