Primary Objectives
- Premier Centre Service Champion
- Manage vacant port and Onyx Leads
- Support cross selling & AUM initiatives
- Consolidate sales performance reports for Centre Manager
- Assist in events and campaigns (coordinating, merchandise)
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in or call-in clients (e inquiries on transactional banking, membership services, product offered, account balances, currency rates) and if necessary direct to RMs
- Improve Premier Clients' experience when there are turnover in RMs- Manage the vacant port of respective Centre Manager's portfolio by maintaining the list, provide updates regularly on campaigns and rates for cross-selling and AUM
