Responsibilities for Prep Cook:
- Perform food preparation tasks
- Clean food prep stations and equipment
- Wash and sanitize all pans and utensils
- Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed
- Empty trash containers regularly
- Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
Qualifications for Prep Cook:
- Must be able to stand continuously throughout an 8–12 hour shift
