Prep & Finishing Technician (Automotive / Motorsport) – Portsmouth People Solutions are recruiting Prep & Finishing Technicians to join a well‑established client based in Portsmouth. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced technicians looking to work within a high‑quality manufacturing environment, preparing and finishing components to exceptional standards. The role involves preparing parts ready for painting, polishing finished components, carrying out quality checks, and supporting continuous improvement within a specialist production environment.

Shift Pattern

• Double days – Week 1: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:00
• Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 13:45 – 21:45
• Friday: 13:00 – 21:00 (overtime available most weeks, including weekends)

Rates of Pay

• £16.75 per hour, plus shift allowance
