Principal Accountabilities Key activities will include to:
Create, review, maintain and revise internal specifications (B.O.M./ End-Item specification) against customers approved specification and ensure zero error prior release to production
Managing the BOM by order quantity after aligned with Finance, CE, Production, and Planner for business support.
Create, review, maintain and amend Alchemist in QAD
Support in troubleshooting tooling, process &specification related issues in a customer complaint investigation
Review and revise internal production specificationsagainst customers’ specifications for any new /amendment artwork change
To communicate with Customer Service team / customersand able to clarify and interpret the new artwork requirements and instructions
