Preventive Maintenance Worker

Position Summary
Hourly rate $25.17 - $28.28 hourly depending on experience. Regular in-person attendance is required to meet business and customer needs.

We are filling two (2) vacancies; one for Egress Lighting and one for Preventative Maintenance.

This position will identify and perform tasks necessary for basic preventive maintenance on a variety of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural systems. Lubricate, repair, and service the above equipment. Change filters, belts, seals, bearings, etc; pool cleaning; replace light bulbs, fuses, ballasts, and make minor electrical switch repairs and replacements.
