As a Pricing & Business Performance Lead, you will drive sales growth, margin optimization, and overall profitability in the Sales Market by owning and executing pricing strategies across the full product lifecycle. You will translate commercial and financial objectives into data-driven pricing and business decisions, ensuring strong market positioning and alignment with demand and supply planning. Through continuous monitoring of sales, stock, and margin performance, you will optimize in-season execution and enable fast, insight-led decision-making. You will provide robust business analysis, scenario modelling, and actionable insights.
