Overview
IU Health Medical Group- Metro Region is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Primary Care team in Avon, IN. Consider joining an experienced team located within the Professional Office Center and in a fast-growing community. Here you will help manage the care of a diverse set of patients.
Position Details:
Full-time, Day Shift Offering a 5- or 4-day work week No weekends, holidays, or call, allowing for work/life balance 
100% outpatient
Expected patient volume is approximately 60-80 per week; Diverse patient population of all ages
Team includes 6 physicians and 2 other advanced practice providers 
Onsite Pharmacy support
Located on the campus of IU Health West Hospital
