Job Description
Join the frontline as a Primary Care Paramedic for wildfire deployment during Spring and Summer. This role offers flexible project options with a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotation.
This position involves providing integrated patient care in a dynamic environment. You will perform assessments, treat injuries, and communicate effectively with emergency services. With work shifts that include days, nights, and weekends, you will experience typical hours of 10 to 12 hours each day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver accessible and responsive patient care
• Assess patients’ injuries to determine treatment plans
• Communicate patient status to emergency services
• Ensure compliance with reporting and communication standards
• Maintain confidential medical documentation and reports
Requirements:
• Current unrestricted registration as a Primary Care Paramedic with ACoP
• Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License
