Job Description

Sign-on Bonus $20,000! We are
seeking an experienced and dedicated physician to provide Internal
Medicine/Family Practice services to patients in Apple Valley, CA. This role
focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, promoting wellness, and
supporting overall health through education and preventive measures. We have a robust, value-based
healthcare model that focuses on our patients and our relationships.

This Full-Time position would be based out of
our Apple Valey, CA clinic location.

Compensation & Benefits: $232,000 - 282,785, $20,000 sign-on bonus, plus full
benefits package and annual incentive bonuses.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient interviews, examinations, and
    provide medical care and treatment.
  • Educate patients and their families on
    wellness, prevention, and early detection.
