Primary Care Physician - Prescott Valley

**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Primary Care Physician, you will join our established and growing healthcare team in Prescott Valley, specializing in providing comprehensive primary care for patients and families across all ages and making a significant impact on their lives.

Every day you will provide comprehensive patient care in an outpatient setting, diagnose and treat disorders and diseases, perform patient exams, and order diagnostic testing. You will develop ongoing treatment and disease-management plans, prescribe medication, coordinate referrals as necessary, conduct early-detection screenings, and maintain accurate patient records and charts.

To be successful in this role, you will be board certified or board eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician.You will demonstrate excellent clinical skills and have a dedication to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients.
